Students Council Training
From the Community Involvement Unit, a programme of training capsules has been developed for students who participate in the UAB Student Council.
These sessions will give you tools to develop your role and participate actively in the spaces of representation of which you are part.
Community Involvement: Services and resources for student councils

Location: Multipurpose Hall, L'Àgora building
Training session to learn about all the resources available to student councils and how they can access them, as well as to introduce the members of the different student councils of the UAB centres and to promote networking among them.
This training is mainly aimed at members of the student councils of the UAB centres.
Registration will be open from 3 to 11 November.
How to organize a purple point

Assignment and Teacher Assessment Surveys

Date: 27 November 2025
Location: Mulitporpose room, L'Àgora building
Hours: 1.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.
Training session in which we will discuss how to conduct evaluation and faculty surveys aimed at students of the different faculties, in order to know the different opinions of the student body.
Registration will be open from the 21st of November to the 1st of December.
Language rights and duties of UAB students

Location: Multipurpose Hall, L'Àgora building
Hours: 1.30 to 3.30 p.m.
Session where concepts such as vehicular language, linguistic security or linguistic transparency, sometimes unknown to students, will be discussed. The tools and channels that the university community has to communicate to the university in cases where their linguistic rights and duties are being violated will also be presented.
Registration will be open from 24 to 30 November 2025.
Assembly of sound equipment and sound reinforcement for events

Provide practical training on sound reinforcement for different types of events using the sound equipment available to the university's entire membership network.
System of scholarships at Catalan universities

Training that has the purpose of teaching how the scholarship system works in Catalan universities, what scholarships are available, how to apply for them or what are the requirements that are requested.
Mediation, resolution and conflict management

Training aimed at understanding conflict as an opportunity for transformation and improvement in personal, professional, and collective relationships. Mediation and conflict resolution tools will be developed from a practical, integrative perspective that respects both people and processes.
