Lockers at the Hotel d'Entitats

Application period: 1 to 30 June 2026 

Allocation period: 15 September 2026 to 15 July 2027 

Please read the terms and conditions of the call for applications before applying to use the lockers. 

1. Applicants must be a group registered in elDirectori at the time the call for applications opens, and must therefore have submitted the relevant annual report, as well as having renewed their representatives for the 26/27 academic year.
2. Complete the form within the specified period (between 1 and 30 June 2026).
3. One locker will be allocated per applicant.
4. The lockers will be made available for use between 15 September 2026 and 15 July 2027.
5. The group undertakes to clear the locker once this period has ended, or when the group’s activities cease.
6. The allocation of lockers will be based on compliance with the terms of use during the previous academic year (2025/2026); priority will be given to groups that do not have storage space, in the order in which applications are received, and according to the groups’ storage needs.
7. If there are not enough applications, groups that already have a locker may be allocated a second one, depending on their own storage needs.

In view of the applications received and in accordance with the published terms, the allocation of the 44 lockers available for the July 2026 call is hereby published. They will be allocated between 15 September 2026 and 15 July 2027.
