Training for delegates
From the Community Envolvemnt Unit, a programming of training capsules is made for delegated academic group members who are in office during the current course.
These sessions will give you tools to develop your role and actively participate in the rendering spaces you are part of.
First-time delegate basics
Entity in charge of training: Community Involvement Unit
Date and time: 8 October from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, 22 October from 1.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. or 29 October from 1.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. (day of your choice)
Location: Multipurpose Hall, L'Àgora building. Room 115, L'àgora building (only on 29 October).
Training where the delegates who are in office for the first time will learn about the tools and resources provided by the Community Invigoration unit and some practical knowledge about the degree that will help them to carry out their functions correctly.
Registration will be open from 29 September until 28 October.
Mental Health Workshop
Entity in charge of training: Psychology and Speech Therapy Service of the Faculty of Psychology
Date: 23 and 30 October 2025
Hours: 1.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.
Location: Multipupouse Room, Àgora Building
The objectives of the workshop are to improve interpersonal communication, especially when there is emotional distress, and to learn to identify warning signs of mental health risk.
There will be two sessions, the first focused on empathic communication and the second on warning signs of psychological distress and available resources.
This training is aimed at academic group delegates registered in the Cens of the UAB.
Registration will take place from 13 to 19 October.
Language rights and duties of UAB students
Entity in charge of training: UAB Community Involvement Unit
Date: 13 November 2025
Location: Room 115, L'Àgora building
Hours: 1.30 to 3.30 p.m.
This training aims to show what governing and representative bodies exist within the UAB, who makes them up, their functions and how delegates can participate.
Registration will be open from 3 to 9 November 2025.
Assignment and Teacher Assessment Surveys
Entity in charge of training: Teacher Quality Office
Date: 27 November 2025
Location: Mulitporpose room, L'Àgora building
Hours: 1.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.
Training session in which we will discuss how to conduct evaluation and faculty surveys aimed at students of the different faculties, in order to know the different opinions of the student body.
Registration will be open from the 17th to the 23rd of November.
Language rights and duties of UAB students
Entity in charge of training: UAB Language Service
Date: 4 December 2025
Location: Multipurpose Hall, L'Àgora building
Hours: 1.30 to 3.30 p.m.
Session where concepts such as vehicular language, linguistic security or linguistic transparency, sometimes unknown to students, will be discussed. The tools and channels that the university community has to communicate to the university in cases where their linguistic rights and duties are being violated will also be presented.
Registration will be open from 24 to 30 November 2025.
Delegates meeting at the OpenLabs!
Entity in charge of training: UAB OpenLabs
Date: 11 December 2025
Timetable: from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Location: DissenyLab, School of Engineering.
Would you like to know how El Cens, OpenLabs and the Christmas holidays are related?
On this occasion, El Cens moves to DissenyLab to reunite all the academic group delegates and bring together representatives from all the faculties and schools. In this activity we will have lunch, create and close the year together in a creative way.
This training is aimed at academic group delegates registered in the Cens of the UAB.
Registration will be open from 1 to 9 December 2025.
Mediation, conflict resolution and conflict management in the classroom
Entity in charge of training: Quatre Cantonades
Date: 12 March 2026
Location: Multipurpose Hall, L'Àgora building
Hours: 1.30 to 3.30 p.m.
Training aimed at understanding conflict as an opportunity for transformation and improvement in personal, professional and collective relationships. Tools for mediation and conflict resolution will be developed from a practical, integrative and respectful perspective with people and processes.

System of scholarships at Catalan universities
Entity in charge of training: Academic Affairs Area
Date: 19 March 2026
Schedule: 1.30 to 3.30 p.m.
Location: Multipurpose Hall, L'Àgora building
Training that has the purpose of teaching how the scholarship system works in Catalan universities, what scholarships are available, how to apply for them or what are the requirements that are requested.
Registration will be open from 9th to 15th March 2026.
Gender issues in classroom

Place: Room 3, Community Resource Centre
Training that studies gender and all the issues that may arise within the academic group or in the classroom..

Meeting of delegates and delegates with Environment UAB!
Entity in charge of training: Environment UAB
Date: 7 May 2026
Timetable: from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Meeting point: Civic Square, in front of the Abacus
With the arrival of spring, butterflies, reptiles, delegates and small mammals come out on campus.
On this occasion, the academic group representatives from the different centres will meet at the Civic Square and we will go on an excursion to discover all the flora and fauna of the campus while we exchange experiences and experiences of how the course has gone.
This meeting is aimed at academic group delegates registered in the Cens of the UAB.
