Rooms
We have four rooms available for use by UAB groups listed in the Directory – the university’s register of student organisations – and by student councils, for meetings, activities and other initiatives of interest to students.

Room 2, Equipment: whiteboard, projector and sound system. Recommended use: team meetings. Capacity: 10 people. Location: UAB Community Resource Centre (Centre de Recursos), Plaça Cívica. |

Room 3, Equipment: folding tables, a whiteboard and a television, with the option for hybrid meetings. Recommended use: meetings, training sessions, workshops and small events. Capacity: 25 people. Location: UAB Community Resource Centre (Centre de Recursos), Plaça Cívica. |

Reception room Equipment: 75″ television, meeting table, 20 stools and a sofa. Recommended use: workshops and activities open to students, such as welcome and induction events for new members. Capacity: 25 people. Location: UAB Community Resource Centre (Centre de Recursos), Plaça Cívica. |

Annexe room, Equipment: projector, sound system and computer. Recommended use: multipurpose space for meetings, workshops, training sessions, screenings and talks. Capacity: 40 people. Location: Restaurant building, first floor, Plaça Cívica. |

Hotel d'Entitats, A free-access space for UAB collectives, designed to encourage meetings and networking among the different groups. The space also features lockers for private, temporary use to store the collectives' equipment. The Entities' Hub can be exceptionally reserved for large-scale events, provided that access to the lockers for the other groups is guaranteed. Capacity: 80 people. Location: Restaurant building, 1st floor, Plaça Cívica. |
Room Booking
The use of the rooms is exclusive to UAB students. Once the activity has finished, the room must be left clean and tidy, without any materials, personal belongings or furniture being left behind.
To access the room, you will need to collect the keys from the l'Àgora building before your activity and return them once it has finished.
To book a room, please complete the following form atleast 24 hours before the start of the booking.
If you are unable to use the room you have booked, please let us know by emailing suport.participacio@uab.cat so that we can offer it to other groups.
