elDirectori, the register of the associative fabric of the UAB
elDirectori is the register of the associative fabric of the Autonomous University of Barcelona. The associations that form part of it have access to resources aimed at encouraging the growth and consolidation of the university's associative fabric.
As provided in Article 3.1 of the UAB Student Groups Regulations, to apply for your group's registration you must submit this application form for the academic year between 1 October and 30 April, within the specified deadline.
The application will be followed by an interview with the relevant technical team, which will assess the application and decide whether to grant authorisation for registration. As set out in Article 3.4 of the UAB Regulations on Student Associations, the University has a maximum of 60 days from the date of submission of the application to reach a decision. If no decision has been made within this period, the application will be deemed to have been rejected.
As stipulated in Article 2.2 of the UAB Student Groups Regulations, you must inform us of any changes to the contact persons for your group, as each group must have three responsible members designated to fulfil this role. You can do so via this form: Modification of UAB Student Groups' Contacts
As stipulated in Article 2.1 of the UAB Student Societies Regulations, you must inform us of the members of your society, bearing in mind that the minimum number is 4 students during the first year of registration and 6 students from the second year onwards.
