Screen printing is a simple and creative way to print your own designs onto T-shirts, bags, posters or other materials.
The screen printing space, located in the Resource Centre, allows UAB student groups registered with elDirectori – the university’s register of student organisations – and student councils to personalise their merchandise using this technique.
We provide both the tools needed for screen printing and up to 20 T-shirts or tote bags for you to personalise. If you wish to personalise your own textile items, you may do so, but you will need to cover the costs yourself.
You may create a maximum of two designs per item; if you do, you must print them on two different days.
In this document, you will find recommendations and examples of what the designs should look like.
Application
To book the screen-printing space, you must complete the application form at least one week in advance of the date on which you wish to carry out the activity.
This service is exclusively for UAB students.
We provide UAB student groups listed in the elDirecotri and student councils with a machine and the necessary materials to produce their own badges, in order to support activities and initiatives of interest to students on campus, as well as to promote the group itself.
The service includes the use of the badge-making machine and the materials required to produce up to 100 badges.
In addition, we offer a printing service for the badge designs. To ensure the print quality is satisfactory, the design must follow this template.
Terms of use
The use of the machine and materials is restricted exclusively to UAB student organisations and student councils for activities taking place on the UAB campus.
The student group or council itself will be responsible for setting up the machine at the Resource Centre; for this reason, you must book a specific time and date at least 48 hours in advance.

Printing
We offer UAB student collectives listed in the Directory and student councils the opportunity to print posters and other graphic materials to help promote their activities and initiatives on campus, as well as to raise awareness of the group or council itself.
Printouts can be in A4 or A3 format and are produced on standard paper, not card. The materials are supplied unlaminated. If you require materials in A5 or A6 format, you can print them on A4 paper and cut them using the paper cutter available in the l’Àgora building. The number of printouts is limited and varies depending on the type of document to be printed:

Any documents you send us must be fully proofread and ready for printing. In the case of materials requiring a specific design, such as double-sided bookmarks, leaflets or other similar formats, the document must be correctly laid out and aligned.
Terms of Use
These leaflets are intended exclusively for student groups and councils at the UAB and are designed to help publicise activities and promote these groups on campus.
Ordering and collection
To request printing, you must send the final documents, ready for printing, via this form at least 24 hours in advance.
Once we have reviewed your request, we will let you know when the copies are ready. You can collect them from the l'Ágora building.
