Where did we come from? Where dowe go? Are we going or are we coming? Or maybe we have always been here? There were equals to us, but not us? I see how you see. They are watching me. They look at me. I see myself looking for them. And, seeing how they see me, I see myself. I see myself in them. They look at me. I am all of them. They are all in me. We are all adored by this technological marvel that tells us how we should act. They, like us. Mirages of humans that are reflected in other humans. And they at the same time in others, and so on to infinity. Maybe to indiscriminate conscience. Or maybe to non-conscience. Well, we are landscape, visual echo. Before machines. Without spirit. Without individuality.
Prohibida la reproducción is a text written by the author José Ricardo Morales who reflects the idea of a world based on overpopulation and the service of its rulers making us become a homogeneous mass.
The Colectiva Imaginaria was born at the beginning of 2017 as a university theater collective from the Theater Classroom of the University of Valencia and people formed with initiatives such as Escena Erasmus. It is also born from the need to analyze and explore the complexity of dramatic practices that go from history to present. As a main foundation, he understands theater art as a solid, direct and implacable communication tool. A critical language that leads to a portrait of the past, present and future world and that derives, therefore, to social reflection. It is made up of people with common interests and the need to disseminate critical thinking about society. People committed to theater, to art in general and wanting to learn and evolve as artists, but above all as people. In addition, it aims to give voice to young artists and playwrights with the intention of making them and their works and thoughts known.
