Les estades intensives combinades d’estudis (Blended Intensive Programme, BIP) són estades a l’estranger de curta durada d'estudiantat i personal que es combinen amb una part virtual obligatòria on es reuneix les participants en línia per treballar de forma col·lectiva i simultània en tasques específiques que estiguin integrades a l’estada i que comptin per als resultats generals de l’aprenentatge.

How can education and educators foster an open and equal society in a period when core democratic principles are heavily contested? This micro-module aspires to lay the groundwork for a toolkit teachers and professionals can further develop to tackle this difficult mission. It explores the importance of intercultural competence and responsive interpersonal communication for the democratic education of young children, while trying to highlight and problematise democratic dilemmas in educational settings. Join us to learn how to integrate democratic values into your professional practice and discover how communication and creativity can be powerful didactic tools in fostering these values among people of every age. |

The course enables student teachers to independently design and conduct a small-scale practitioner research or evaluation project in authentic school settings. It fosters an inquiry habit of mind and core research competencies - formulating research questions, choosing and applying methods, collecting and analysing data, interpreting findings, and communicating results. The course also strengthens reflective practice, teamwork, and project management skills. More information |

How can communication in educational settings give all children opportunities to participate creatively? This micro-module explores how educators in settings characterized by diversity can facilitate inclusive communication guided by democratic values. In this course we will focus on possibilities and dilemmas in professional development in educational settings – primarily early childhood education. Join us in collaborative workshops to explore diversity in different countries alongside fellow students and discuss how to foster culturally sensitive communication in educational context fundamental to young children. |

The project “Diversity in the classroom – Shaping Music Education Futures” covers a 6-day programme of seminars, cultural and musicial encounters in Würzburg and a phase of online teaching starting around 1st April until 22nd April with at least three longer sesssions. In those we will present, compare and reflect the three different Music education systems and school cultures in Spain (also together Dr. Mercé Bosch, Musikhochschule Trossingen/Vic as a guest lecturer online and in Würzburg), Greece and Bavaria/Germany. Since current classroom experiences are meanwhile more influenced by a higher diversity of students, certain theories of intercultural teaching will be presented by us teachers and to work on common grounds and cultural differences. |
