🖊️ You can apply for the grant if, in the next academic year, you plan to study a higher-level vocational training cycle.

• Method: online
• Deadline: within the established period
• Number of applications: you only need to submit one (even if you do not yet know exactly what or where you will study)

Notice: in the application form, state the studies you believe you will undertake. If, when the time comes to enrol, the studies are different, that is not a problem. You will have a period in September to update this information in the application.

• In September you will be able to:
  • Modify academic details
  • Update residence details

⚠️ You cannot receive a grant if:

• You apply in order to repeat a year.
• You already hold a qualification at the same or higher level than the studies for which you are applying for the grant.

Approximate period: from mid-March to mid-May until 3:00 pm. Check the official grant timetable.

• If your family residence is outside Catalonia, the entire grant application process is carried out through the electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports, MEFPD call.
• You can access the grant application in two ways:
  • Using Cl@ve (public administration electronic credentials) or an electronic certificate, if you have one, or
  • Using a username and password with which you register on the electronic headquarters.

No documentation needs to be submitted.
However, if the education authority considers it necessary, it may ask you to provide original documents supporting the information included in your grant application.

1. Not holding a qualification at the same or higher level than the studies for which you are applying for the grant.
2. Being enrolled in one of the types of education listed in Article 3 of the Ministry’s call.
3. Being Spanish or holding the nationality of a European Union Member State.
4. If you or your family are EU citizens, you must reside permanently in Spain or prove self-employment or employment in Spain.
5. If you are not an EU citizen, the regulations on the rights and freedoms of foreign nationals in Spain and their social integration will apply: that is, you may be entitled to a grant if you are under 18 years of age or if you obtained a residence permit by 31 December of the year prior to the call.

The following are considered “family members”:

• spouse or legally recognised partner,
• dependent direct ascendants,
• dependent direct descendants under 25 years of age.

Grants for collaboration with FUAB promotion activities (February to July)

FUAB collaboration grants are for students currently enrolled on the Bachelor's Degree (students who are in their second year).

In return for the grant, these students perform tasks to support various FUABformació activities (Open Days, Saló de l'Ensenyament fair, etc.). These tasks include promotion, logistics and information and customer support.

Successful applicants are chosen by a panel designated and chaired by the Director of Teaching Services of the FUAB, and consisting of the school heads of studies, the head of administration, the degree coordinators and the head of the Jobs Bank and Placements Unit.
