Pre-Established Programmes
Enrolment periods
- Spring 2026 Programme (January to April): from September 22 to December 5, 2025.
- May 2026 Programme (May): from January 19 to April 24, 2026.
- Summer 2026 Programme (from June to July): from February 9 to May 8, 2026.
- Fall 2026 Programme (from September to December): from March 9 to June 15, 2026.
Admission requirements
- Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree at your university, and have completed at least 2 semesters before applying to this programme.
- A minimum GPA of 2,75 (or equivalent).
- For subjects taught in English, a B2 level certificate (or equivalent).
- For subjects taught in Spanish, B2 level certificate (or equivalent).
Visa process for Non- EU citizens
Non-EU citizens who plan to study in Spain and staying for less than 90 days (May & Summer) should check the European Directive REGLAMENTO (UE) 2018/1806 which includes in its annex I the countries whose nationals are submitted to the visa obligation , Type C, to enter the Schengen Area. For more information, check the Immigration Office web.
For a period longer than 90 days (Spring & Fall), particpants must apply for a Type D Student Visa, which allows stays of up to 180 days (Visado D Estudios hasta 180 días). In order to apply for the student visa, full payment of tuition fees is required. Please be mindful that visa applications must be submitted at least two months before the start of classes. It is the student’s responsibility to obtain the visa in sufficient time before the beginning of the programme.
In the event of visa denial or processing delays, no refunds will be issued. Students may cancel their programme and receive a refund (excluding the deposit) provided the cancellation is made before the deadlines stated in our rules and regulations. If the student has received a visa letter, our administration office will contact the embassy to cancel the visa process.
Application documents required
- A scanned copy in PDF format of your home university official academic transcript with the GPA or equivalent (photos not accepted).
- A scanned copy of your valid passport in PDF format.
- A digital photo in JPEG format with a maximum weight of 24KB (passport size and type).
- If you are a non-native English speaker, a certificate of English Proficiency (minimum TOEFL 78, IELTS 6, Cambridge Advanced or First Certificate).
- If you are a non-native Spanish speaker and wish to choose electives in Spanish, a certificate of Spanish level B2 (DELE or equivalent).
Other important information
- For a student visa there is a minimum requirement of 24 ECTS per semester.
- Maximum number of credits is 36 ECTS per semester. Except May term (6 ECTS) and Summer term (18 ECTS).
- Students can spend 1 or 2 terms on the programme doing a maximum of 60 ECTS in total.

Please note that we cannot guarantee you will have access to the accommodations requested if you don’t submit these prior the beginning of the programme.
