Archival Science

You can use the Search engine to find works on archival science, document management, and the different types of archives or archives in a particular country or region. Use the filters offered by the search engine to refine the results by type of document (journals, databases, etc.) or availability in digital form, among others.

To find documents about a specific archive, type the name of archive file in the subject field of the  advanced search, for example, Arxiu Nacional de Catalunya.

  Open access subject repository specializing in library science, archival science and documentation.

  Platform for the dissemination of Spain's historical documentary heritage. It contains descriptive files and digitised images of the documentary collection kept in the National Archives. The content is growing as the work of describing and digitising the documents is carried out.

TFM collection presented at the Superior School of Archival and Document Management (ESAGED) and published in the Digital Document Repository (DDD) of the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona.

The Communication Library and General Newspaper Archives has a collection of archival journals and archives bulletins, a donation from the Superior School of Archival and Document Management (ESAGED), attached to the UAB through a collaboration agreement. They are hold in one of the store rooms of the Library.
