Quality

The Quality Policy of the Library Service is to achieve the satisfaction of the needs of its users in accordance with the objectives and parameters established in its Service Charter, in the best conditions of efficiency and efficacy.

In particular, it aims to:

  • Maintain a Quality Management system that provides the mechanism to meet the expectations of the users and the commitments assumed in the Charter of Services and that is in accordance with the requirements of the UNE EN ISO 9001 standard.
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of all its processes through the selection, training and participation of all its staff in the implementation of the Quality system.
On March 22, 2019 the Library Service passed the external audit carried out by Applus, confirming that our quality management system complies with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
