Contemporary aesthetics
Analysis in new artistic manifestations and experimental changes in the ontological statute of works of art as objects of knowledge and also their study and critical approaches, as in the case of artistic research.

The Picasso PhD, the result of an agreement between the Picasso Museum in Barcelona and the UAB, will generate doctoral theses on Picasso and contemporary creativity. Hybrid philosophy, art history, museology, and Spanish, Catalan and French philology with creative practices: choreography, circus, gastronomy, visual arts, design, literature, performing arts (dance, theater), music, performance and street arts.
