Exhibition ILERA Congress

The Social Sciences Library presents an exhibition on the 13th ILERA Congress

08/09/2022

The 13th European Congress of the International Labor and Employment Relations Association (ILERA) will take place at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 8 to 10 September 2022, organized by the Institute for Labour Studies (IET), the UAB Sociological Research Centre on Everyday Life (QUIT) and the UAB.

ILERA is an international organization that aims to promote the study of the relationship between work and the labour market.

This congress, which is held under the slogan Industrial relations and the Green Transition; Towards inclusive and sustainable growth, will explore the contribution of industrial relations to the transition towards a low carbon economy.

The Covid-19 crisis has made it even more necessary to implement radical transformations in economies to make them socially and environmentally sustainable. Therefore many countries are currently debating the implementation of the so-called New Green Agreements.

The congress will focus particularly on the role that social relations and social dialogue have in this green transition and fight against climate change

The Library of Social Sciences, with the help of QUIT, presents an exhibition about the organization of this congress carried out by the colleagues from the IET and QUIT, and all the joint work of the organizers. It has also waned to mention the figure of Mr. Lorenzo Bordogna, collaborator and professor linked to ILERA.

We invite you to visit it!
