Quality assurance and monitoring
The TAP-UAB has an evaluation plan designed to monitor tutorial actions and to track their impact. Gathering the monitoring indicators is an annual process that is carried out at the end of each academic year to be able to make any necessary changes and adaptations for improvement.
The starting point of the TAP’s evaluation is gathering the monitoring indicators as presented in the following reports since its approval in the 2017-2018 year. It is a general approximation that can be completed with other quantity and quality indicators every school year.
The evaluation of the conducted actions’ impact is included in the UAB’s Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS), which reflects the university’s commitment to offering quality educational programmes that include measures to ensure their own continued evaluation and improvement. The IQAS systematises gathering evidence through the System of Quality Indicators (SQI) that is the base to evaluate the tutorial actions’ impact.
