Promotion and follow up

At the Equality and Diversity Service, we aim to support and guarantee the measures of the V PAG as well as the next. With this aim, we developed a method with five key actions.  

First, we select which objectives of the action plan we can accomplish in a calendar year. Then, we submit a proposal plan to carry them out, which requires the approval from the general secretary, the V PAG panel and the social actors. Once approved, we establish an equality committee delegated by the Governing Council. Throughout the year, each UAB entity must take action to accomplish these objectives with the guidance of the Equality and Diversity Service. Finally, we make a report to measure the degree of implementation and results of these objectives.

Since 2021, the Equality and Diversity Service carries out monitoring reports to measure how the equality plan’s measures have been implemented in each centre and entity of the UAB. These documents include a quantitative and qualitative study with a wide range of statistics and other indicators.
