Workshop in Commemoration of International Day of Persons with Disabilities 

Every year, around December 3rd, the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) holds a workshop in commemoration of International Day of Persons with Disabilities. This workshop, organised by the Equality and Diversity Service (formerly the UAB’s Observatory for Equality), includes several activities, among which we highlight giving out the IMPULS study grants. 

Aim of the Workshop 

The act complies with one of the measures of the UAB’s disability Action Plan, specifically the one that establishes organising an institutional event on International Day of Persons with Disabilities.  

Activities and Content 

The acts consist of a conference, round table or debate with experts on disability and inclusion. During the workshop, we give out the IMPULS study grants to UAB students. Finally, there is an artistic act.
