Accessibility on campus and in the classroom

Adapted transport 

UAB has an adapted internal bus system. Check this link for more info. You can check for real time schedules on the BUSOS UAB app.

Accompaniment to facilitate orientation 

If you have orientation difficulties linked to sensory disabilities and/or mild mobility impairments, we can inform you of the most accessible routes to get where you need. 

Classroom accessibility 

If needed, we ensure you get the most accessible classrooms and any adapted furniture you might require.

If you identify any accessibility barrier, you can notify us at inclusio.nese.sidi@uab.cat.

Exchange programmes 

If you have a report of accommodations in UAB and you are going on an exchange, you can request it in Spanish or English so you can give it to your host university. You have to request it 15 days in advance at least.

You can send your request by writing an email to inclusio.nese.sidi@uab.cat with the subject "Report for mobility".

It is important that you contact the head of exchange programmes in your faculty, as soon as possible, if you require specific accommodations in your exchange, so they can get in touch with the host university if needed. 

Remember that the services at the host university might be different from ours. Therefore, we recommend you get in contact with them in advance to get the information.
