'Sebastià Juan Arbó's Short stories' exhibition
The Humanities Library hosts a new bibliographic exhibition

The Humanities Library hosts the exhibition "The stories of Sebastià Juan Arbó: from the manuscripts to the printed edition", as part of the commemoration of the 120th anniversary of the birth of the writer, translator and journalist Sebastià Juan Arbó.
The exhibition, initially located in the Arxiu Comarcal del Montsià, complements the 1st Sebastià Juan Arbó Congress, which will take place on October 25 and 26, 2023 at the Arxiu Comarcal del Montsià and at the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the UAB .
The curator of the exhibition is the philologist and researcher Joan Antoni Forcadell, who is carrying out the work of classification and description of the part of the writer's documentary collection. The exhibition shows the complex process of creation and editing, in this case of a genre little known to the author, stories. They will be shown from the first handwritten drafts, the various corrections, typescripts and others until reaching the printed edition.
