Photographs on biology to learn biology, in the Science and Technology Library

Bioimatges is a biennial contest of biological photography organized by Col·legi de Biòlegs de Catalunya (CBC) since 2007. Throughout the month of February, you can see in the hall of the Science and Technology Library the first 33 prizes of the six editions held.

Bioimatges is open to all students of primary, secondary and high school, teachers, citizens in general and professionals of Biology. One of its objectives is to see the potential of the educational world to reflect the world of living beings at an ecological, landscape, organic or cellular level.

The aim of this exhibition is also to complete the other major objective of Bioimatges: to disseminate science and biology, showing how the educational world perceives the biological world in which we live.
