Adapta't, the new BCT exhibition

The project of innovation and improvement of the teaching quality Adapta't, subsidized by the UAB since 2019, proposes to the third year students of the degree of Genetics to study transversally a genomic region candidate to have suffered an episode of adaptive selection and to create infographics and interactive informative activities aimed at young people.

The experience of both students and teachers has been very positive, and their testimonies are also reflected in the sample. The former value above all the fact of learning to disseminate the knowledge learned. And for teachers, the possibility of working transversally shows that the Adapta’t project achieves one of its key objectives.

The exhibition, installed in the Science and Technology Library until the end of February, serves to highlight the use of innovative teaching methodologies, such as the proposal of transversal projects in the framework of different subjects, Learning -Service (ApS) and Citizen Science.
