The exhibition shows part of the findings made by a team of classical archeology of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the UAB, which are the result of excavations carried out in one of the wells of the Roman city of lesso of about 18 ha, located in the territory of the current town of Guissona.

This well of almost 6.5 m., Demonstrates the great water wealth of the Plana de Guissona in ancient times, which favored the maintenance of the old town until the 7th century AD. The well is located outside the wall near the northern entrance of the city and is part of a kind of nightlife for travelers who arrived at the site once the access was closed. This building would have been active between the beginning of the S. and D.C. and the end of s. II.

Guissona has an archaeological park opened in 2011 and financed with an ERDF fund, which is one of the headquarters of the UAB Archeology and Paleontology Campus:
