Within the framework of the institutional commitment to equality and diversity, we invite the entire university community to participate in the Survey on Inclusion and Diversity, available in Catalan, Spanish and English.

The data collected from both staff and students will serve as the basis for a rigorous diagnosis to guide future actions aimed at addressing the needs of teaching staff, administrative and service staff, and undergraduate, master’s and doctoral students in relation to diversity, inclusion and non-discrimination.

With the aim of moving towards a more inclusive university, the Equality and Diversity Service has launched this survey within the framework of the III Inclusion and Diversity Plan, which gives continuity to the II Action Plan on Disability and Inclusion (2016-2023). The main objective is to collect the experiences and perceptions of the university community on issues such as inclusion, socioeconomic inequalities, disability, accessibility, discrimination, racism and emotional well-being within the university environment. This initiative is framed under the slogan "Unidiversity" for the 2025-2026 academic year, which aims to recognize, understand and value differences as a source of wealth.

Likewise, the survey is aligned with the Plan for Inclusion and Diversity in Catalan Universities (PIDUC), approved by the Interuniversity Council of Catalonia in 2024, which establishes a common framework to guarantee inclusion and respect for diversity in all universities in the country. The PIDUC aims to incorporate the intersectional perspective in all areas: to promote an inclusive culture and governance, to encourage the collaboration of inclusive and diverse teams and, at the same time, to train, inform and raise awareness among the university community.
