Labour market integration with a gender perspective

The UAB’s Employability Service organises, with the support of the Equality and Diversity Service, training capsules on gender equality and employability for all students and graduates of the UAB. This training enforces the line 1.3.1, objective 1 of the Fourth Gender Equality Action Plan. «Fer formació en matèria d'igualtat i LGBTIQ" de l'Eix 1 "Promoció de la cultura i les polítiques d'igualtat de gènere".El curs que s’ofereix actualment és el següent:

• Labour market integration with a gender perspective. Two-hour training capsules. The objectives are to provide users with the tools to detect and overcome barriers to equal opportunities in their entry into the labour market, as well as to identify work environments that are gender-equality friendly.

Activities are offered within the framework of requesting Facultied, but are open to all UAB undergraduate students and UAB graduates. They are included in the Catalogue of Group Guidance Activities available to teaching centres of the Employability Service. The capsules for the 2024-2025 academic year are currently being scheduled.
