The Volunteer Management Plan

The Volunteer Management Plan is an internal FAS document that describes our vision of volunteering and the processes for managing and training our volunteers. It includes volunteers' rights and duties.

It is, therefore, an important document for our whole volunteer activation team, allowing us to promote and develop our volunteering model.
