Volunteering socio-educational mentorship

• In Rubí and Cerdanyola del Vallès.
• For 13–14 year-old students of 1st and 2nd of ESO with dismotivation to continue their studies.
• Individualized match with encounters lasting about 2h.
• Time variable afternoon, according to availability of mentored people and mentors.

The socio-educational mentorship has the objective to promote the success of Secondary students from Cerdanyola del Vallès and Rubí in situations of social and economic vulnerability and that present scholar disaffection in order to continue the studies. 

The programme aims to contribute to the achievement of the academic and personal objectives of young teenagers through the accompaniment and support of a university mentor who helps by guiding him/her in the academic and personal development.

How can you participate?

If you're a student at UAB and you're interested in accompanying other young people, you can participate as a mentor to 13–14 year-olds to motivate them to take an interest in their studies and their future worries.

Where and when?

1 day a week in the afternoon with a duration of about 2h. In Cerdanyola or Rubí, or in the nearby environment. The minimum commitment is six months.
