The Equality and Diversity Service is looking for actors from the UAB community for a new audiovisual campaign
A call is now open for students, teaching and research staff, and administrative and service staff who wish to participate as actors in two promotional videos for the Equality and Diversity Service. We are looking for seven people for a shoot that will take place on Thursday, June 11th, at the Bellaterra campus. The campaign will champion the right to experience university life free from harassment and discrimination.
The UAB Equality and Diversity Service is launching a new audiovisual campaign aimed at raising awareness about our work and reinforcing our commitment to building safe, inclusive, and discrimination-free spaces. The production consists of two complementary pieces: a main video for social media and our website, and a shorter supporting video designed for the campus screens.
Selection will be based on a short video introduction that interested individuals must send to info.igualtat.diversitat@uab.cat. It will be aimed at guaranteeing a plural and inclusive representation of the UAB community, avoiding exclusively normative criteria in terms of corporality, identity or expression. The filming will take place on Thursday 11 June at the Bellaterra campus, and will include scenes from everyday university life, corridors, library, common spaces, with direct messages to the camera that claim the right to study, work and live the university without harassment, without discrimination and with full recognition of diversity. Participants will be presented with a set of SIDi products as a gesture of recognition of their involvement and commitment.
