This workshop proposes a participatory space to reflect unwanted loneliness from a subjective and personal perspective. Through group dynamics, the meaning of feeling alone will be explored, highlighting the diversity of individual experiences. The workshop will begin by delving into how each person interprets and experiences unwanted loneliness. Subsequently, the thoughts and beliefs that can contribute to maintaining these experiences will be addressed, promoting greater awareness.

By Tania Rodríguez (Psychologist of the Community Rehabilitation Service of Sarrià Sant Gervasi; Les Corts Mental Hygiene Centre Association) and Ana Barajas (Associate Professor of the Department of Clinical and Health Psychology. Faculty of Psychology. Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. IP of the ‘Projecte Soluni’. BENES24 nº ref.00018).
