Mutual Aid Group on Diversity

This mutual support group is a free space aimed at university students who wish to share experiences, take care of their emotional well-being, and acquire tools to face the challenges of academic life from an inclusivity and community-oriented perspective. Throughout the sessions, practical strategies will be developed, such as organization and planning, emotional management during assessments, assertive communication, and interpersonal relationships, always emphasizing peer support and shared knowledge, organized with accessibility criteria.

The goal is to promote the creation of a mutual support network among students, where participants can recognize one another, support each other, and acquire resources adapted to their needs.

Schedule: 20/2, 6/3, 20/3, 10/4, 17/4 and 15/5 

Time: from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. 

Location: Sala 3 of the Centre de Recursos per a Col·lectius, at Plaça Cívica (next to the pharmacy).
