UAB is implementing the European project  INCENTIVE, which aims to pilot a Citizen Science Hub at the University. Within the framework of this project, diverse reports have been developed, which can be useful for people interested in implementing citizen science projects: 

In addition, a Citizen Science Digital Toolkit with different functionalities:

  • Community insider: You can consult not only news and events, but also analysed and visualised data about citizen science and open science. 
  • Resource Library: Repository of resources and tools about citizen science and public engagement. 
International Projects Office (OPI)

The UAB Office for International Projects (OPI) promotes the participation of research groups in international programs and calls. The OPI offers comprehensive advice on the development of research and educational projects while offering the possibility of managing international projects (ERC and H2020 / HEU coordinated).

The International Projects Office carries out the following activities, both pre-award and post-award, within the scope of its responsibilities:

  1. Promotion
  2. Assessment and planning
  3. Support for proposals acting as coordinator
  4. Negotiation stage
  5. Project management
Inquiries about Intellectual Property and Open Access

Different fields of the university offer support in intellectual property and open access to the members of the UAB community. a los miembros de la Comunidad Universitaria de la UAB. Specific inquiries about citizen science can be made.  

Communities Oriented to Strategic Challenges (CORES UAB)

The CORE are networks of research, generators of knowledge, formed by research centres and groups from the UAB Campus of International Excellence, as well as agents of the territory involved in solving strategic challenges (administrations, citizens, companies, etc.) These networks aim to be a driving force behind the UAB-CIE Sphere's potential in research and knowledge transfer (to industry and society in general), within a critical environment and as part of a leading European hub.
