Request diploma
In order to apply for the diploma and the form of delivery, you must have passed all the subjects of the program and your academic record must be closed and ready to apply for the diploma. You can check the status of your academic record by clicking on "Access your academic record" through the following link: http://sia.uab.cat.
If your academic record is closed and ready to apply for the diploma, you can do so in the Academic Management of the Centre or follow the steps of the document to make the diploma application by yourself. (we recommend coming in person, since the online application might take longer and will be managed in order of arrival).

Fees
Remember that you will have to pay the fee established in the decree that sets the prices of academic services in the public universities of Catalonia of that year.
Documents
- DNI (Spanish National Identity Card), TIE (Foreign Resident Identification Card) or passport (original and photocopy)
- Original and photocopy of the document proving entitlement to fee exemptions or discounts (large family, disability over 33%, others).
Legalisation
For Spanish academic documents to be valid abroad, they must be legalized. If the diploma is collected by means of a power of attorney and is not signed by the person concerned, please note that it cannot be legalized. This procedure involves different steps, depending on whether the document is an official degree or an own (non-official) qualification.
