Prison volunteers can cut through inmates' isolation and help towards their integration and social rehabilitation. Help prison and juvenile detention centre inmates through a wide range of activities: sport- or work-related, cultural and artistic, academic, hobbies and personal development.

WHO IS IT FOR?
This programme targets adult inmates in various prisons and young people in juvenile re‑education centres.

HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?
By devising and carrying out workshops and other activities: sport- or work-related, cultural and artistic, academic, or related to health or personal development.

WHEN?
Once a week between Monday and Saturday. The timetable varies by activity and venue.

WHERE?
Adult prisons like Brians and Quatre Camins; or juvenile centres like L'Alzina, Els Til·lers or Can Llupià.
