The Neurosummit Educativo 2026 served as a platform for Marc Guillem to share strategies on how bodily movement enhances cognitive abilities in the classroom.

In his presentations, the IRE researcher helped attendees understand that the body is not merely a supplement to learning, but rather one of its primary drivers. Marc Guillem highlighted how the strategic integration of physical activity and movement in the classroom can enhance fundamental cognitive processes such as attention, memory, and creativity among students.

The participation of the IRE researcher, who is also a member of the University of Barcelona's Chair of Neuroeducation, reaffirms the importance of international exchange spaces for educators seeking to optimize their students' learning. The conference, which took place on February 20 and 21 at Arena 1 in Lima, established new perspectives on the direct link between physical exercise and intellectual development.
