2024/25 UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

FIRST SEMESTER

The exchange office will remain closed throughout the month of August, should you need to ask for the signatyre of documents, remember to send it in advanced.

  • Starting: September 12th, 2024 
    (This is an indicative date, the exact date will depend on your registered subjects and groups. You can check the schedules and room info in our website)
     
  • Official ending of the semester: February 7th, 2025
    (This is an indicative date that includes all exams and re-take exams periods. Your final day at UAB will depend on the registered subjects and the exams calendar)
     
  • Welcome meeting: September 18th, at 13.00h, room 12
  • Enrolment (done by the accademic office): First week of September. Students do not need to come personally to the office before the start of the classes.
     
  • Add & Drop for our faculty subjects: First week of the semester
  • Add & Drop for other faculty subjects: Second week of the semester
     
  • Christmas holiday Break: 21 December 2024 - 07 January 2025

SECOND SEMESTER

  • Starting: February 10th, 2025

  • Ending: July 4th, 2025  (This is an indicative date that includes all exams and re-take exams periods. Your final day at UAB will depend on the registered subjects and the exams calendar)
     
  • Welcome meeting: February 12th,at 13.00h, room 12
