Before going back home

Before your departure, check with your university if any document is needed, such as the attendance certificate or similar. Please bear in mind that it may take some days for the documents to be signed.
 

CERTIFICATE OF DEPARTURE / ATTENDANCE

If your home university requires it, your mobility end date is the one of your last on-site taken exam. You will need to fill in a form to request it.

TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS

The Transcript of records will be sent to you by the end of your stay once the exams period has finished and the academic acts are closed. It is not possible to issue them before.
