Responsabilities

• Coordination and leadership of the vice-executive administrators’OK offices and the different services that depend on them.
• Management and coordination of technical, management, and administration and services staff (PTGAS).
• Negotiations with different social agents.
• Control of income and expenditure, and asset management.
• Relations with the PTGAS Board and the PTGAS Workers’ Committee.
• Coordination of service charters.

Curriculum Vitae

With a degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Girona and a degree in Law from the UOC, Reyes completed his training by taking management development programmes. He has led strategic projects in the public sector and in the environmental field, with an outstanding capacity for the management and implementation of effective policies. He has experience in negotiating with government agencies and in managing large budgets. Reyes has spent much of his professional career at the Catalan Water Agency, one of the biggest public companies in the Government of Catalonia, of which he was director from 2021 to 2024.
