The Institut d'Història de la Ciència secures a new Beatriu de Pinós fellowship
Dr. Mònica Balltondre (iHC-UAB) will mentor the new Beatriu de Pinós fellowship awarded to iHC-UAB, granted by the Catalan Agency for Management of University and Research Grants (AGAUR).
The prestigious Beatriu de Pinós postdoctoral fellowship (BP 2024) (2843R25), awarded to the iHC-UAB, has been granted to Dr. Victoria Molinari. Dr. Molinari investigates the relationship between gender and genius in Spain between 1892 and 1939, and at the iHC, for three years, she will carry out the research project entitled "Genius and Otherness: Gender, Sexuality, and the Scientific Construction of Exceptional Minds in Spain (1892–1939)".
