Characteristics of a micro-credential compared to a Specialization Course

Number of credits, micro-credentials' duration is 6 ECTS maximum.
Confirm an academic need by the society, therefore it's mandatory that an organization outside the UAB environment signs the previous file and the academic report of the programme.
Certificació electrònica, la certificació atorgada a l’alumnat, una vegada finalitzat i aprovat el programa formatiu, serà electrònica i acreditada per EUROPASS
The certification given to the student, once the programme is finished and passed, will be electronic and EUROPASS certified.
Nowadays, there's a grant of the Next Generation Funds, managed by the Catalan Government, to fund the 70% of the enrolments of this type of programmes. Programmes under this funding must be addressed to people between 25 and 64 years old, besides any of the previous criteria.
