Emotion Management

Emotional Health

Learning to control our emotions, manage them, channel them and make them positive forms an essential part of our lives. We continually attribute emotional significance to the events that surround us: people, work, conflicts, etc.
Emotions are a motor for action and if our actions mark our future, knowing how to direct them is certainly an art and one that allows us to live our emotions positively and therefore live the life we want.
Emotional self-management is one of the competencies of conscious self-leadership which enables us to control our own life project. Training ourselves to challenge unfavourable or negative emotions and stimulate positive ones is the key to our wellbeing.
Understanding, training and integrating emotional management in our education gives us physiological, cognitive, behavioural and emotional tools to ensure that wellbeing.
