
The Study Abroad Programmes of the Foundation take part in the first SIETAR Congress

With the title "Intercultural Competence: a key for inclusive societies and organizations", the SIETAR Spain first biannual congress, held at the La Térmica contemporary culture center in Málaga, has been an event to create dialogue and deepen the topic of inclusion among the business world, the academic environment, the public administration and NGOs in the field of interculturality.
SIETAR, Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research, is a global network of professionals active in the intercultural field, as university teachers and researchers and professionals at consultancies and companies.
The congress, which took place on September 28th and 29th, featured the presentations of the following Study Abroad teachers of our university:
Isabel Martínez, teacher of the subjects International Business, Doing Business in Emerging Markets and Cross-Cultural Management
Claudia Issa, teacher of the subject Intercultural Communication
Anna Zelno, teacher of courses of the Tailor Made programmes
Antonio Liu Yang, guest teacher and teacher of courses of the Tailor Made programmes
The academic coordinator of Study Abroad, Elaine Heyes, attended as an institutional representative.
