Quality Committee
The Quality Committee is the body responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement of the programmes and services of the Faculty of Law. Its main role is to ensure that teaching and academic processes meet the established quality standards.
Composition
In accordance with Article 18 of the Faculty Ordinances, the following are part of the Quality Committee:
- The Dean, who serves as Chair.
- The coordinators of all the Faculty’s degree programmes.
- The Quality Officer
- The Quality Manager.
- Three student representatives.
- The Academic Manager.
- The Faculty administrator.
- The Faculty Secretary, who acts as Secretary of the Committee.
Roles
The main roles of the Quality Committee are:
- Monitor the Quality Assurance System (IQAS) and the Faculty's Guidance Action Plan.
- Review and approve the monitoring reports of the Internal Quality Assurance System, whether general or specific to a particular degree programme.
- Collaborate in the development, review, and updating of the Internal Quality Assurance System.
- Ensure the implementation and dissemination of the Faculty’s quality policy.
- Take on any other quality-related functions assigned by the Faculty Board.
