Neurorights and Artificial Intelligence: Legal Challenges in the Age of the Neuroverse

Yesterday, the Faculty hosted a new session of the CAFÈ#IA Programme with the lecture “Neurorights and the Neuroverse”, delivered by Professor Carlos Amunátegui. The session offered a critical examination of the legal and ethical challenges arising from the intersection between artificial intelligence and the nervous system, with particular attention to the protection of fundamental rights in the digital era.
