The UAB double degree makes history, becoming the most competitive programme in the Catalan university system.

On 25 June 2026, the Faculty of Law held the graduation ceremony for the 2022–2026 class of the Bachelor's Degree in Law. The event took place in the Arnau Vilanova Hall at the Exe Hotel Campus.

Professor Antoni Abat has been appointed as the new Director of the Institute for European Studies. As of last Friday, he has taken on this new responsibility, succeeding Professor Josep Maria de Dios, who has led the Institute for many years.

Professor Patricia González Prado, from the Department of Political Science and Public Law at the UAB, has been awarded the 2026 Nativitat Yarza Feminist Studies Grant, together with Anna Morero Beltrán, a professor in the Department of Sociology at the University of Barcelona.

On 26 June 2026, the closing ceremony of the second edition of the UAB Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence and Digital Law took place.

On 18 June, the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Law hosted the First UAB Conference on Private Law, devoted to Private Law in the Face of New Technological Challenges.
