The Faculty of Law of the UAB has hosted a seminar by Martin Ebers, president of the Robotics & AI Law Society (RAILS), on the impact of the Digital Omnibus Act on the Regulation of Artificial Intelligence, addressed to students of the Master in Artificial Intelligence and Digital Law.

From 26 to 30 January, the UAB Faculty of Law hosted a week of Masterclass and BIP with the participation of 18 European universities, focused on artificial intelligence, fundamental rights and cross-border cooperation.

The UAB Faculty of Law hosted yesterday the seminar “MFF 2028–2034: an ambitious budget for Europe”, given by Rosa Aldea Busquets, in collaboration with AIACE. The session offered a critical examination of the legal and ethical challenges arising from the intersection between artificial intelligence and the nervous system, with particular attention to the protection of fundamental rights in the digital era.
