Logistics Support and Information Point
The opening hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, except during July and August.
July: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
August: Closed
Please contact the Logistics Support and Information Point for any of the following matters:
- Information about classrooms and other faculty facilities.
- Ensuring the opening and closing of the building according to the established schedule and calendar.
- Information about activities and other events taking place in the building.
- Managing, processing, and monitoring the maintenance of the building, as well as any facility or furniture malfunctions.
- Delivery of enrollment documentation.
- Occasional support for enrollment and/or academic procedures.
- Processing notices of faculty absences.
- Reserving and/or managing space bookings, as well as providing access to spaces and ensuring the proper functioning of their equipment.
- Receiving student assignments or practical work (upon professors’ request).
- Delivery and collection of keys to authorized users.
- Management of mail, packages, and courier services.
- Monitoring information boards and posters to be displayed (with prior authorization).
- Management of temporary-use lockers for storing personal belongings (Cloakroom).
- Addressing and prioritizing the building’s cleaning needs with the resources assigned.
- Providing logistical support for events held in our building.
- Assisting with the selective collection of the center’s waste.
- First aid kit.
- Lost and found.
- Any questions or clarifications regarding general matters related to the Faculty.
