Academic Management Office
The Academic Management Office is responsible for managing administrative and academic matters related to both teaching staff and students.
You may head to the Academic Management Office for the following matters, among others:
- Information requests regarding academic regulations and the management of the academic record, as well as other information about the faculty’s study programmes
- University admission through pre-enrolment
- Admission through transfer of studies
- Admission to Master’s programmes
- Certified copies of documents
- Enrolment modifications
- Mobility and exchange programmes
- Professional placements
- Readmission to studies
- Credit recognition
- Degrees and certificates administrative procedures
If you need to be attended in person by the Academic Management Office, an appointment is required.
If you must carry out a procedure on behalf of another person, you must bring a signed authorization and a copy of their ID card or passport.
To collect an official degree certificate on behalf of someone else, you must provide a notarized power of attorney.
In-person customer service hours:
Morning: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 13:00
Afternoon: Monday to Thursday, from 15:00 to 17:00
July: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 13:00; afternoons closed
August: closed.
