Quality

Quality is a fundamental pillar of the functioning of the Faculty of Law of the UAB. Our aim is to ensure that all qualifications meet European quality standards (ESG) and the guidelines of official agencies, such as AQU Catalunya and ANECA, thus guaranteeing excellent training.

This commitment is specified through the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS), which establishes the processes to plan, monitor and continuously improve our degrees and master's degrees. The SGIQ includes:

• Verification, monitoring, modification and accreditation (VSMA) of the degrees, in accordance with the AQU Catalunya criteria. The Faculty of Law has been institutionally accredited, a recognition that certifies the effectiveness of our SGIQ and compliance with quality standards in all degrees.
• Systematic analysis of indicators (performance rates, job placement, student satisfaction, etc.).
• Active participation of students, teachers and administrative staff through channels such as surveys or OPINA, mixed commissions and government bodies.

These tools allow us to detect strengths and areas for improvement, apply action plans and guarantee the continuous improvement of degrees, teaching and services.

Our institutional accreditation is an external guarantee that guarantees that the Faculty offers quality training, adapted to the academic, professional and social needs of our environment.
