Documentation and reports for continuous improvement
AUDIT Certificate
In 2010, the UAB Faculty of Law obtained the AUDIT certificate from the Catalan University Quality Assurance Agency (AQU Catalunya), which certifies that the Faculty’s Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) was designed in accordance with the criteria and standards established by European quality agencies.
This certification represented a fundamental step in the consolidation of a quality culture and academic management based on continuous improvement, transparency and student orientation.
It was the basis on which the quality management system was built that has made possible the current institutional accreditation.

IQAS Manual
The SGIQ Manual describes in detail how the Internal Quality Assurance System is organized in our Faculty: what processes are integrated, how continuous monitoring and improvement is carried out, and what participatory mechanisms are involved.
It is a key tool for the entire university community, especially for the teaching team and the administration staff, but it can also be of interest for students who want to know how the quality of the studies they are studying is guaranteed.

Quality Policy Reports
The Quality Policy Reports of the Center are strategic documents that systematically collect and analyze the actions carried out by the Faculty of Law to guarantee and improve the quality of its degrees, services and processes.
They are part of the requirements derived from the institutional accreditation granted by AQU Catalunya, and are directly linked to the operation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS).
These reports include a global assessment of the development and effectiveness of the centre’s IQAs, as well as the alignment between the quality objectives, the results obtained and the improvement actions undertaken.
They also allow monitoring of the strategic plan of the center, reinforcing coherence between teaching, management and support actions for students.
Center Follow-up Reports
Centre Monitoring Reports (ISC) are annual or biennial documents that analyse the overall functioning of the Faculty of Law, including all official degrees (bachelor's and master's degrees), and are prepared following the recommendations of AQU Catalunya and the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS).
These reports integrate the analysis of several key areas: academic results, satisfaction indicators, labour insertion, curricula, teaching and services at the centre.
It includes identifying strengths, areas for improvement and concrete proposals to move forward.
The ISCs are useful tools for the management of the center and to guide the renewal of institutional accreditation.
They are also evidence for future accreditation processes and an instrument that allows to give visibility to the involvement of all university actors in the continuous improvement of the center.
