Work placement offers and calendar
The Faculty of Law will publish a list of collaborating entities at the beginning of the academic year, in September. Students must submit, within the established deadlines, an application indicating their preferred placements in order of preference. The selection criteria will be based on the weighted average of the student’s academic record and the number of credits they have passed.
Once the placements have been assigned, the entities will be informed of the students allocated to them. The entity and the student must agree on the schedule and timetable for the placement, ensuring that they are compatible with the student’s academic, training, and representative or participatory activities at the University.
The nature of the work placements is strictly academic, and the main factor in the allocation of placements is the student’s academic curriculum. For this reason, collaborating entities are expected to commit to accepting the students assigned to them, and the Faculty of Law will not provide curricula vitae or alternative candidate proposals for participation in a selection process.
Once the timetable and calendar have been agreed upon, the student’s specific work placement agreement will be processed. This agreement must be electronically signed by all parties before the start date, and the placement cannot begin until everyone has signed.
