If your personal information is incorrect, changes must be made to the HR database. You can contact them through the UAB ticket service.

Make them a trusted user to manage your profile. They must always be someone with NIU.
Once you've uploaded a photo to EGRETA under EDIT YOUR PROFILE > METADATA, check that you've uploaded it in the requested format and size, and, above all, that you've selected the "Portrait" option in the category. Once the file is uploaded and validated by the system, it will appear on your EGRETA profile and on the Portal.
Please send us your doctoral theses, dissertations and final degree projects supervisor information to egreta@uab.cat. The essential information we need is: title, author, defense date (at least the year), and supervisor(s). Also, please provide the lecture location if it is not at the UAB.
Data on grants and agreements managed by the UAB are entered centrally by the Research Department. If you wish to add grants or agreements external to the UAB to your EGRETA profile, you must complete the form found in the Virtual Research Office and attach the relevant supporting documentation requested.
If you have deposited your scientific production in the Digital Document Repository (DDD) and have your ORCID entered in both the DDD and EGRETA, your work (only articles, books, and book chapters) will be uploaded to EGRETA and validated directly. If you do not have your ORCID, or if you have not entered it in both systems, content synchronization will not be possible. If you do not have your ORCID, you can consult the ORCID Code.
EGRETA is the tool for depositing PDF documents in the institutional repository DDD. Once documents are uploaded to EGRETA, they are reviewed by the Library Service, which publishes them in the DDD.
Once the information is entered into EGRETA and validated by the corresponding staff, it will be visible on the UAB Research Portal. However, it will be visible on the Catalonia Research Portal when the data is uploaded from the UAB, approximately every two months. You can find the upload schedule (linked) on the intranet.
