The FSiE-UAB Research Chair in Geriatrics–Long-term Care

The Research Chair in Geriatrics and Long-term Care aims to promote, contribute to and consolidate training, research and knowledge transfer in the area of geriatric and long-term care for the elderly

The objective is to become a platform to strengthen collaboration between researchers and lecturers in the area of social work and health at the UAB, and in particular in the Department of Medicine.

The Chair carries out research, training and dissemination of its activities as well as scientific and technical activities related to geriatrics and long-term care for the elderly.

The Chair is attached to the Department of Medicine of the UAB.
