Single assessment
Application deadlines for the 2026/2027 academic year:
- First semester applications: from 15th to 29th September 2026.
- Second semester applications: from 9th to 19th February 2027.
During the first-semester application period, students may submit requests for annual subjects as well as first- and second-semester subjects.
During the second-semester application period, only new requests for second-semester subjects may be included.

- Applications submitted in the first semester: 9th October 2026.
- Applications submitted in the second semester: 26th February 2027.

The guidelines set out below regarding single assessment at the Faculty of Law are inspired by the following principles. It is based on the premise that the type of assessment best suited to achieving students’ learning objectives is continuous assessment. However, it is acknowledged that there may be situations that prevent students from following continuous assessment. In such cases, a single assessment system is established to allow students to demonstrate the achievement of the learning objectives set out in the subjects.
